Making dreaming with awareness easy….
As a lucid dreamer I have constantly sought the best methods and techniques to achieve what some call lucid dreaming and others call out of body experiences, or astral projection. In my early days of dreaming aware, I was very obsessed with finding control, the control that would let me do this at will. As a result I studied a variety of belief systems while trying to remain unbiased and open minded. My earliest obsession was Carlos Castaneda, and then I branched out to a variety of meta physical approaches other than shamanism; such as acclaimed astral protectors like Robert Bruce, William Bulham, and even Robert Monroe. From there my journey took me into Buddhism, and I read books such as the “Tibetan book of Living and Dying”, and a meditation guide by Ram Dass, a hindu guru. I even began exploring science and theoretical physics, a process that convinced me beyond a shadow of doubt that the world is much much more than the eye can see.
My quest was like a roller coaster. Sometimes finding myself out of body without even trying, other times months, even years, would go by while I obsessively tried to get away from my own body but to no avail.
Control remained elusive…until now. In the technique section of my website I will list a number of techniques in the order of most effective for my personal journey. I hope that these techniques can help others like me who find this process elusive or tedious and frustrating. I wont say that I can have an out of body experience at will…nor can I close my eyes and instantly fall into a lucid dream. What I can do now, however, is to initiate a process that will lead to an out of body experience or lucid dream within the next few days. Every time and without fail.
